BrandStudio ("the Service") is operated by Vestry Technology Pty Ltd (ABN 15699575034), an Australian company ("we", "us"). These terms govern your use of brandstudio.tech, including the free profile audit and the BrandStudio app.
BrandStudio generates suggested professional-branding content — positioning strategies, profile copy, posts, comments, and photo styling — using artificial intelligence, based on the information you provide. All output is a suggestion. You decide what, if anything, to publish, and you are solely responsible for content you post on LinkedIn or anywhere else.
AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your circumstances. Review everything before use. The Service does not provide professional, legal, financial, or career advice, and generated content does not constitute any such advice.
The Service is provided in beta: features may change, break, or be withdrawn without notice, and availability is not guaranteed. Access to the app is by access code at our discretion, and we may revoke access at any time. During the beta the Service is provided free of charge; paid plans described on our site take effect only at public launch and on the terms published at that time.
You agree not to: use the Service to generate unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, or infringing content; misrepresent AI-generated content as another person's work where that would be deceptive; attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls; probe, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the Service; or use it to build a competing dataset. We may suspend access for breach.
You retain all rights to the information you submit and, to the extent we hold any rights in it, we assign to you the output the Service generates for you. We claim no ownership of your profile, posts, or photos.
Content generation is processed by Anthropic's Claude API, and the site is hosted on Vercel. Their handling of data is described in our Privacy Policy. BrandStudio is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to LinkedIn Corporation. LinkedIn is a trademark of LinkedIn Corporation. Your use of LinkedIn remains governed by LinkedIn's own terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we exclude liability for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law; where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to re-supplying the Service. Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (during the free beta: AUD $50).
We may update these terms; material changes will be flagged on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. You may stop using the Service at any time; clearing your browser storage removes your locally saved content.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
