The Brand Ritual

Your brand isn’t a project.
It’s a practice.

A profile rewrite gets you noticed once. A rhythm gets you remembered. Here’s the whole practice — one setup week, then ten minutes a week, a check-in each month and a reset each quarter, with the Email coach and your pitches for the moments in between. Everything runs from your positioning strategy inside BrandStudio, and the studio tells you your next step.

First week≈ 40 minutes

Build the position, then the profile

1.Build your positioning. Start from what already knows you: paste your LinkedIn headline and About, or bring in what your own AI assistant (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) knows about you. Nothing is applied until you accept it, so keep only what’s true.

2.Set How you write: how you decline, words you never use, your spelling standard. Every draft from here on follows those rules.

3.Generate your headline and About from the positioning, edit until it sounds like you, and paste it into LinkedIn yourself. Fix the headshot while you’re there.

4.Founding members: publish your bio page at brandstudio.tech/yourname, written from the same positioning, so the person who looks you up and the AI assistant asked about you both read what you confirmed. See a live one.

Weekly≈ 10 minutes

Show up, on strategy

1.Open BrandStudio and generate one post from one of your content pillars. Rotate pillars week to week so your presence covers your whole positioning, not just your favourite topic. Edit lightly — your voice, your stories — then post.

2.Find two posts in your feed from people your audience respects. Run them through the comment coach and leave one thoughtful reply on each. Comments put you in rooms your own posts never reach.

3.Done. Close the app. Consistency beats volume — one on-strategy post a week outperforms a burst of five followed by silence.

Monthly≈ 15 minutes

Check the score, read the signals

1.Run the free audit on your current headline and About — yes, even though you wrote them with BrandStudio. Note the score. Over months, that number is your brand’s trend line.

2.Open LinkedIn’s own analytics: profile views, search appearances, and which posts earned the most impressions. You’re looking for one pattern — which pillar is landing?

3.Adjust next month’s weighting toward what works. If one pillar consistently outperforms, lead with it; the others stay in rotation so your positioning keeps its shape.

Quarterly≈ 30 minutes

Reset the strategy to match reality

1.Your career moved — a new role, a shipped project, a board seat, a shifted goal. Update your inputs in BrandStudio and hit Rebuild strategy. Positioning that doesn’t track your reality quietly becomes fiction.

2.Regenerate your headline and About against the new strategy, compare with what’s live, and update your profile if the delta is real.

3.Refresh your elevator pitches for the rooms you’re actually walking into this quarter.

4.Bring your bio page with it: update the statement, proof and what you’re open to, so the page AI assistants read is still true.

As it comeswhen it matters

The moments you can’t schedule

1.An email that matters. A board chair’s request, an introduction to answer, a role to decline. Paste it into the Email coach, choose what the reply should do (accept, decline, propose times, ask questions, or your own line), and pick from three versions in your voice and your writing rules. You edit it and send it yourself; it never connects to your inbox. Add your email signature once, and every reply you copy ends with it.

2.A room to walk into. A fundraise, an interview, a board approach, a client who gives you ninety seconds. Open the elevator pitch: it’s already loaded with your positioning, with an opener and answers to the likely follow-ups.

Why this works

Every asset — headline, post, comment, email reply, pitch, bio page — is written from the same positioning strategy, so ten scattered minutes a week still add up to one coherent story. That’s the whole trick: strategy first, so consistency is automatic instead of effortful.
